"I tell students that I have the BEST teaching job in the world, because my classroom is outdoors and I get to have recess all day long! I love traipsing through the woods with kids, exploring all the changes that have occurred since the last time I was at a location, and teaching them about science and nature. The best part of my job happens nearly every time I take a group of students out for a hike in the woods, when I hear some little person behind me say, "This is the best field trip I have ever been on!"
