over 18 miles of trails, and 640 acres of land, the City of Fertile’s
Sand Hills Wilderness Sanctuary and West Mill Recreation Area serves
as the site
for the Agassiz Environmental Learning Center. The Agassiz ELC provides
a variety of programs for all ages, designed to stimulate a greater
